Due to the code changes that Firefox pushed out with their 84.0 update, many websites on the internet are unable to load properly in the browser; this is not specific to Online Banking.

According to Firefox’s release calendar, their next major update (85) is scheduled for January 26, 2021 release. If they haven’t released a patch to fix this issue prior to that, we’re hoping that it might be corrected with that release.

The suggested workaround is to use a different browser other than Firefox, at least until Firefox has resolved the issue in their browser code.
