Accessible Location
Located right near the Lloyd Center MAX stop, our new building is easily accessible by foot, bike, public transit, and car.
We’re just around the corner from Green Zebra Grocery and across the street from the DoubleTree Hotel parking garage on Hassalo and 9th.

The branch is all about you. Every decision we made about the layout has our members in mind. We want it to be easy to talk with a teller or a member service representative, or make a phone call!
Multiple ATMs
Skip the line, and save some time! We have two ATMs available for your convenience. You’ll be able to do all your transactions and even make cash and check deposits without envelopes.
You’ll find one ATM outside our doors for 24/7 walk-up access, and one in the Elwood Courtyard as you come up from the parking lot. As always, you will still have access to over 30,000 ATMs and 5,000 Shared Branching locations across the country thanks to our partnership with the CO-OP Network.
Parking
With over 1,200 parking spaces available in the underground parking lot, you’ll never be pressed for a spot, and we offer one hour complimentary parking with validation when you visit our branch team. If biking is your mode of transportation, there are over 1,000 bike parking stalls nearby with access to bike valet and repair. A hassle-free experience for our members is one of our top priorities.
Browsing Stations
To make your banking even easier, there are two stations at the branch equipped with phones and computers where you can access your online banking, apply for a loan, speak to a loan officer, and more.

FAQs
Yes! There is covered parking in the onsite garage and limited street parking nearby. We provide 1 hour of complimentary parking with validation when you park in the garage.
The Branch Team will always be available for face-to-face interaction at our new location. If you would like to speak with one of our Remote Team members, they are readily available by phone or email. It’s just like we’re still all under one roof!
Instead of a drive-thru, we are adding two new ATMs, one of which has deposit capability so you can do anything that you would in a drive-thru. If you prefer using a drive-thru, no problem! There are lots of CO-OP ATM Network ATMs in the area to meet your needs.
Both teams are ready and able to help! If you go into the branch and need to talk to someone on the Remote team, we have Browsing Stations designed just for that purpose. You can always call first to see if you need to go to the branch.
